I contacted High Rock Water in the evening to discuss issues I was having with my water fluctuating pressure and pump persistently kicking on and off. Garrett arrived the next day, and diagnosed the problem as a failed pressure tank. He offered the solution of replacing the tank, advised me that High Rock Water had a replacement tank in stock, and that they could perform the replacement the following day. They even offered to take a look at the previous water report I got when I purchased my home, to give me a second opinion on whether I should consider a water softening system in the future.
