Right off the bat I knew I was working with the right crew. Rich showed up when supposed to and the professionalism of his design as well as the non up-selling of things that I did not need made me feel really comfortable. Because others were trying to push me down a different rabbit hole by spending lots more of my money. They came out a few days after Christmas and began fixing the rake boards on the gable ends of my house. Sergei and Alex went above and beyond and fixed this 1820's farm house squirrel entrance for good hopefully. Then a few days later the crew came back and finished the gutters. Mike and the other fellows to whom I forgot their names did outstanding work. Can't wait for some rain to test the house's new hardware out....... Overall I found a quality company with all the bells and whistles. With that I hope to use them for a roof in a few years. Hard to find honest hardworking people out there nowadays. He offered design advice, which we benefited from. His pricing was competitive. Any questions or concerns were addressed in a timely and professional manner. His installers were meticulous with their work. They were on the job by 8:00, and cleaned up after each day. We are completely happy with our home, and their work.
