Anthony, the tech that came out was experienced & quick. He explained everything to me in simple terms for me to understand. Will work with them again & refer them to others. P.S. Their service contract they recommended to me when I first signed up with them saved me hundreds of dollars on my first service call.
I have been using Mercury for several years. Their service men are very knowledgeable and pleasant. The oil tech and phone staff is polite as I usually call a few days after delivery to see how much is left on my oil contract. For my needs the oil contract works out the best. Thanks to all of you who help make Mercury a great oil company. Anne Ambrose
Best customer service ever! They might not be the cheapest, but they certainly are the most reliable. I've been a customer for 4 yrs and really have tried to get something better out there. They are the best.
