Alex was an amazing person to work with. He provided very fast responses during business hours and he was friendly. Pro Exteriors took before and after photos and let me download them for my insurance claim so I did not have to take photos myself. During their work, they did a very good job of preventing damages by placing protective barriers on the ground and house. I highly recommend this company for anyone in the New Haven area. 5 Stars. Love this company. We went back and forth regarding work that needed to be done to my house. The first deal fell through due to finances but then I decided to downsize the job. When I tell you they communicate whether it is via email or phone. You know what is going to happen every step of the way. They charge reasonable rates to the point you wonder, "too good to be true". I have spoken to so many other companies who charge astronomical prices. I mean ridiculous. Pro Exteriors is professional, efficient, and reliable. They come and do the job and clean up. They leave the property in the condition they found it. They also fixed my gutters and they look brand new. They made sure they are ready for the winter. I will definitely have them come back to do the original project in the future but for right now I am happy with with gutter cleaning, downspout flush, and gutter tune up. Thank you so much!
