I have been a customer for 15 years and the service was overall 4 stars. This year was different. The tech who did the annual tune up was fine that was 5 stars, My problem was with the office staff. She assigned a time for 9:30 am and the tech showed up while we were still in bed. When I called her later with my complaint, she said she had no time to warn me of the time change. You would think she would offer some kind of apology but not a word. Terse and not professional at all. Service: HVAC duct & vent cleaning
