AAA Plumbing, LLC

My wife and I purchased a home this past summer with the original water heater (circa 1961) still in place, so we were expecting an 'unexpected' expense within the first couple of years to replace it. Long story short, the water heater gave out this week and we ended up choosing AAA Plumbing for the replacement - very happy we did. AAA Plumbing provided very timely, affordable, professional services. The long version below... I discovered we had no hot water shortly after waking up at 6:30am. My wife looked online for plumbers and called AAA Plumbing around 7:15am, we had an appointment scheduled by 7:30am, and the technician Jacob arrived at our house by 8:30am. My old water heater was electric, and I was looking to replace it with gas. Jacob took a thorough look at the setup in my house, laid out some options (keeping electric, switch over to gas, combined heater/boiler system) and the cost estimate for each. Jacob was very knowledgeable of local energy efficiency programs/funds

I live in CT, in the town that AAA services. My pipes broke and anxiously I’m extremely stressed. I called AAA first for their services, thinking they had great yelp reviews and seemed professional. A man on phone wouldn’t even consider my question because of my area code. I listened to him say it. He heard me try to explain my issue and that I live in CT, just came from out of state.... then he hung up on me. Extremely unprofessional and I would not recommend this service to any body and will tell everyone about it. He was very rude and I shouldn’t have to deal with that when I’m stressed and worried.

Called this company to come out and give me a price on work at a house I own, they set up an appointment and then didnt show up or call to say they werent going to make it, when I called them the next day they said that worker had a bad day and that they would be over to my house when they were done with a job. Again they did not show up or call to say they werent coming and then they stopped answering the phone. Very unprofessional.
