I had an electical issue that left me without power. O called Tine Dale Electric and they returned my call within 10 min. Tony was very professional and polite from the begining. Very helpful and acknowledge all my electical concerns and questions. My issue could of been a lot worse. I appreciate all the help, time and work. Highly recommend tjis company. Overpriced. First half hour is $175, each subsequent half hour is $90. So basically they want $180 an hour, plus material cost and tax. I called another electrician in Hartford, was like $65 an hour. Update: Dear owner - unless you lower your prices, its crazy to hire you. Same work was done for 60% less than your rate.

Hi, My name is Shaun. I was very intimidated by Tinedale's shop facade, so even though they were less than a minute drive from my residence, I did not want to choose them to work for me. I got a three quotations from other contractors and selected one from the three. The contractor I selected did such a crappy job, which was incomplete. I decided to go with Tinedale. Tinedale quoted me a price the little man had quoted me, as a matter of fact, I had more done with Tinedale than the little man. Tinedale was very responsive, did the job in less than a day, and worked out to be cheaper than I expected. Had I chosen Tinedale in the beginning, I would have saved me $1400. Tony was very respectful, helpful and easy to deal with. Even a few weeks after the work was done, Mike was able to send someone out to my residence for an issue totally unrelated to the job they did with no charge. Thanks Tinedale. You're the best!!
