This company was the best experience I have had with any contractor. The installed my Generac standby generator and did some electrical work. Karen and Evelyn in the office were on top of keeping me informed. Appointments were kept and on time. I highly recommend this company! We hired Mike and his firm for the installation of a 24 KV whole home generator. We cannot recommend New England Electric at all as our experience with them was not good. During the whole process Mike was very unresponsive, unprofessional and partly even rude. There is no clear communication between him and his office because we sent his secretary a clear description, instruction and even drawings how and where to place the generator so that it would comply with regulations but he never even looked at them. In consequence, he installed the generator at a very unsuitable spot for the gas lines which you would assume he would have known as an experienced electrician but certainly could have avoided if he only had looked at the drawings we provided him with. My husband also clearly outlined and explained to him personally in our garden where the generator only could be positioned. In the end, he still placed it wrong and simply didn’t care which made it very difficult for the gas company

Hands down the BEST!!!!!!! I hired New England Electric Inc. to install soffit lights around my house. The crew showed up exactly at the time we discussed and without hesitation started to lay out the light spacing and set up in the attic. Before I knew it, holes were drilled and wires were dropping through. The entire crew all new what their portion of the installation was and without any hesitation or complaining for that fact (considering my attic is not the easiest to work in) they got it done. 2 hours later, 9 lights and a wireless app that I can set and program all the lights to different things were complete. Great pricing!!!! Very clean and neat!!!!! I can not forget Karen, she was a breeze to deal with in regards to scheduling and answering a few of my question!
