Purchased my generator from them and they do ongoing service and maintenance on my generator. Always terrific and responsive. Had generator issues during storm outage this week. Mike was extremely responsive during the extreme circumstances created by the storm outages, even running over to my house on a Sunday to re-start my generator and perform some maintenance. Mike installed our Generac backup generator and has serviced it ever since. During the long power outage due to a tropical storm in August 2020, he very quickly responded when the unit required service. He quickly got us back up and running despite the fact that we called on a Sunday morning. By mid day the unit was set to go. He has always been professional and responsive. We highly recommend him.
