I am extremely pleased with the work done by Nero. They changed equipment in my geothermal heating system, performed a repair in my studio, and recently installed an Energy Recovery Ventilator. I appreciate their willingness to work an informed and interested homeowner in the design phase, their attention to detail, and the professionalism of their installers. Well done! If I could give them zero stars I would. Almost 5 years ago I called them to service my HVAC system. What did they do instead? They came in and started measuring, then they let me know how much a new HVAC would cost - over $6K at the time. I called another HVAC business, Ray Eramo, and he told me I had more years on it and he was right! I had 5 more years before I needed a new one. If you want to get RIPPED OFF, Nero is your place!!!

Our furnace died two days ago. I have called twice to be told that it will be at least a month for a service call. We are elderly people, one person is wheelchair bound and the another is handicapped. How can a company not be able to make service calls to their own customers? I would never recommend them. We bought a complete and very expensive system through them and are extremely disappointed. Service: HVAC duct & vent installation
