Good luck! The woman in the office was very nice on the phone, but when somebody came out to my house, they like to play "guess and check" starting with the most expensive parts to figure out the problem. Not only that, but a damaged part was installed by the technician which caused me a different problem all together. After countless calls with no answer, I unfortunately just gave up and moved onto a different company that resolved my issue in 10 minutes.
Had a leaking toilet that was fairly recently installed by a different contractor and I noticed a leak from from the basement that was coming from underneath the toilet area above- I called A team in the morning and they sent out Andy to take a look . Andy arrived early in the time frame they gave me and explained to me exactly what he was going to do to fix the issue . He was very professional in handling himself and repairing the issue which turned out to be a faulty wax ring and showed me what was wrong . I would highly recommend Andy and the A Team and definitely will be calling them for any and all plumbing needs in the future. Service: Toilet repair
I would very highly recommend A-Team Plumbing, and will absolutely use their services again. The mixer in our shower control broke, and only gave us scalding hot or freezing cold water, so we could not shower. Upon my son’s excellent experience with them and his recommendation, I called A-Team. They answered immediately and set up an appointment for the same day. They followed up with a text to confirm the appointment, sent me a photo of the tech who would be coming to my home, and a GPS tracker so I could see exactly where the tech was and what time he would be arriving at my home. The tech (Andy) was extremely respectful, clean, professional, courteous, and had our shower up and running the same day. He also cleaned up any mess from the work that he did. Additionally, this happened on a Saturday late afternoon, and A-Team provided emergency and after hour service, which we were so grateful for. I cannot possibly speak more highly of my experience with this company. Service: Shower
