A-Team Plumbing and Drain

Good luck! The woman in the office was very nice on the phone, but when somebody came out to my house, they like to play "guess and check" starting with the most expensive parts to figure out the problem. Not only that, but a damaged part was installed by the technician which caused me a different problem all together. After countless calls with no answer, I unfortunately just gave up and moved onto a different company that resolved my issue in 10 minutes.

This was my third time using A Team plumbing. They are very expensive, but had always been worth the extra expense for the peace of mind for getting a job done perfectly. This was true for the first two times I used their services, but not the third. I paid $950 to have pipes moved under a kitchen sink to be centered and ready to install a dishwasher. Not only were the pipes NOT centered (and were four inches off, causing me to get more creative in connecting the drain pipes), but there was also an additional $121 billed over the original $950 at the end of the job. After explaining that the original quote did not match the final bill they agreed to only a partial refund. The misaligned pipes was explained as something that “they were not contracted for.” Sorry to have spent so much money on a job that wasn’t the upgrade I thought I was getting. I would recommend them again but with reservations that the high cost does not always mean it will be done correctly. Update: I hired another

Came home to hot water heater leaking all over. We called and within an hour Andy showed up and did a fantastic job. Extremely professional, kind and knowledgeable. Thank you so much!!!
