I called Astacio to replace my dripping faucet. They called me immediately after I submitted my inquiry. The communication and appointment confirmation was great. Anthony was professional neat and on time. I requested Anthony to replace the fill valve and canister on my toilet and again the service was amazing! Update: I recently had my floors in my bathroom redone and I needed someone to disconnect and reconnect my sink and toilet with relatively short notice. Javier and Karen in the office were great with making sure I had an appointment window. Pino and the other technician were professional, cleaned up the space and did a wonderful job re-caulking after they were done. Astacio helped make the project less stressful.

When our water heater failed they had a technician to our house within 2 hours and were able to replace our water heater the next day. We returned from vacation to find our AC not working. These guys were able to come the same day I called, evaluated the issue and replaced the unit by the next business day. They made sure that our attic fan was working in the meantime to give us relief from the heat!
