I got a petro contract this year. They guaranteed to me that I would get my boiler serviced within the month. I took the day off of work to wait for the technician and they called 5 minutes before the scheduled appointment to say they couldn't make it that day because they were short staffed. The next available date was 5 weeks away. Took that date and stayed home again, this time the guy showed up only to leave a note on my door saying I wasn't home when he showed up...I was sitting 15 feet away from the door with 2 dogs...no one heard him knock. I found the sign on my door and called within 20 minutes of the time posted on the paper...they said he was too far to come back now. Next available date is 2 months away now. I do not recommend. They are scam artists. Also, it takes 20 minutes to get anyone on the phone when you call and they charge the highest possible price for the oil on their auto delivery system.
