Justin diagnosed our issue, gave us choices to resolve and finished the job quickly and professionally.

Our condo property manager recommended J.S. Electrical to me, having used them for other large projects. We hired J.S. to do a variety of updates in our condo, including updating outlets for important needs such as our heat pump, cable/wifi booster, changing out ceiling lights to recessed lights, updating and adding more smoke and carbon monoxide detectors (he also educated us on newer laws on this as well as how they have sealed ten-year lithium batteries now), adding new outlets including one to our outdoor patio area which had no existing source, replacing outdoor light fixtures with their siding blocks. Justin was on time, accomplished the entire project in one day, took great care to clean up any mess, kept us informed of when wifi might need to be turned off at times, and was very respectful to us and our property.
