A/C decided to stop working in a heat wave. One call to Bosse and they sent a tech out to access the issue. Within two hours we had our A/C working. Shout to the repair guy Chris. He did an awesome job and was extremely professional and courteous. Thanks again guys! A plus service all the way

My neighbor & I live in Spring Lake Village and had to have our dryer ducts replaced from vinyl, flexible material to rigid metal ducts to bring things up to code and greatly reduce the risk of fire. Tom & Alex had the added challenge of trying to get the rigid ductwork run through bays above a ceiling that was sheetrocked. They were able to cut 4 small squares in the sheetrock and get the ducts installed without having to run them exposed on the sheetrocked ceiling. They stopped only for a quick lunch in their truck and were very accurate in their measurements and cutting. Cleaned up everything when they were done and were very pleasant to work with. I would highly recommend Bosse Heating and Air. They also kept me informed about a delay to our scheduled start time since they had an emergency service call they had to deal with. Was having issues with my oil burning hot water heater. Bosse came out and quickly diagnosed the problem, tuned up the hot water heater, and cleaned up the whole area. They were very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable, and explained everything to me. We will definitely be using them again in the future, and would highly recommend them!
