My wife and I needed our gas furnace repaired and then replaced. When we called Bosse in February they came out and assessed our furnace situation. The first thing I was impressed with was how genuinely polite and professional his son, Tom Jr., and a colleague was to us. That is when I knew we did not need anybody else. A band aide needed to be applied just to keep the furnace running until a new one was installed. A couple of weeks later I was talking with Tom senior and he guided me through my options. He never tried to up sell me, but I actually wanted additional things installed like new thermostats, a whole house humidifier, and a new filter system. He explained my options and gave me a very fair quote and I said let’s go for it. His son and two gentlemen installed my new furnace yesterday and I am really happy with the new furnace but more importantly I am happy with the level of professionalism they exhibited. We needed a new furnace for our house and Bosse went above and beyond our expectations. Tom was extremely helpful when we were figuring out our options to replace the furnace. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything. Everyone that we dealt with throughout the process was friendly and personable. Bosse made this entire process easy and I would highly recommend using them!

STOP reading this and just call them!! I cannot say enough good things about BOSSE Heating and Air Conditioning. If you want to see what you have missed on your annual maintenance - hire them. They found my boiler could have gone any day and did a fantastic job installing a new unit. It already makes the house warmer and I am certain it will save me $$$.
