Before Brooks, I used to call 7 to 10 local companies and research the best heating oil quotes. Over time, I realized Brooks always had the lowest price so I ended up calling only them for the past 3 years. The ladies who answer are always nice, they have my credit card on file so it’s an easy, stress free transaction. Sometimes they even answer phone calls after hours. Recently, I wondered if Brooks heating oil price was competitive still so I called a bunch of other local companies to compare. Needless to say, Brooks (and another company, but why change) had the lowest/best heating oil quote.
I have been using Brooks Energy for our home heating oil and propane service. They are always very responsive and go above and beyond for their customers. I highly recommend them.
On time, professional, and quick. If you're ever in a pinch, these guys have you covered. We recently checked our tank and were super low, gave these guys a call and they were here same day. I suggest if you're on the hunt for heating oil/propane you go to Brooks Energy.
