So glad I checked Cheshire forum on Facebook for recommened plumbers and found Chris! He was prompt, took the time to explain everything he was doing and got the job done. I absolutely will be using him again! Service: Toilet repair

I used Chris to replace a faucet and fixed a shower and tub fixture. I would have given him a great review but when he came to finish the job which I paid for at my tenant condo he said he wasn’t going to do it because she asked him if he would mind taking his shoes off because she just got her hardwood floors done. He said he doesn’t take his shoes off she said ok let me find something to cover the floors. I arrived to drop off the part he was leaving as I got there and he said ran by me and said I am not doing it she told me to take my shoes off. I said I already paid you he said he didn’t care he wasn’t going to do the job which is his choice but I texted him and asked for my refund he never responded. As a professional he should have foot covers because I find hard to believe that it has never been issue. I had them in my car but I never got a chance to tell him. Don’t pay someone for something until they finish I thought he was trustworthy but I guess not. Service: Shower rep

We were recommended to Chris by a few family members when thinking of installing a dishwasher. We tried to contact him for a quote, he was difficult to get a hold of and a week and a half later he finally came and quoted us $350. In the mean time, we had to get an electrician to install an outlet for the dishwasher, and while trying to do that, our water heater broke. It was a friday, and we texted Chris to see if he could help us out. He replied simply "I'm too backed up". So having a 1yr old baby, we needed hot water for the weekend. We reached out to another plumber who came right away and had a new water heater installed less than 4 hours later for a great price. We decided to ask this new plumber for a quote on the dishwasher since we were so happy with his work, and he quoted us $300.. $50 cheaper than Chris. But we didn't get that quote until after we texted Chris to set up a time and day to come so even though he hadn't given us a time and day yet, we cancelled early to let hi
