I was having issues with my deck lighting. I called several electricians that never showed one came out and could not fix Rizzo came on time and fixed on the spot. Len is one of the rare professionals who actually answers the phone and/or responds quickly. I needed to get some electrical work done around my recently-purchased home's pool pump room, and he was quick to come out and take a look. When I told him I had a particular (smart Z-wave) timer I wanted to use, he was happy to take a look at it before I purchased it to make sure it would meet our needs, and then installed it quickly and cleanly just a day or two after it arrived. He helped get the pool wiring into tip-top shape on short notice and was knowledgeable enough to prepare for my planned upgrades to the pool equipment even though I don't have any of the specifics yet. And he showed me how it works and how easily it can be extended, both with or without the timer.
