I never write reviews, but I had such a great experience with Frank and his staff, that I had to. I recently purchased my home and was in need for an electrician. Frank was very professional and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions in regards to the electrical needs of my home (and believe me you, I had many of them! ). And the best part about it, is that his prices were very reasonable. You can't go wrong with choosing him as your electrician.

If you value your time, avoid this business. I requested a consultation and had to wait about a week for Frank to come out. When he did, he looked around, took pictures, talked to us about what we wanted done. When he was finished he told us that he would send a quote over to us within a day or two. Another week goes by, no quote or communication of any kind. I emailed the office and was told that they would get the quote to us shortly. Several days later I email again to be told this time that Frank was out of town but would send the quote over at his earliest convenience. It has now been 2 weeks since our consultation, and I've received no response whatsoever. My takeaway from this experience is either that this business is very poorly run, or that they simply do not respect their customers' time. It's 2021. It takes zero effort to send an email, even if it's just to say that they're too busy to accommodate me. I've wasted 3 weeks with this company, and I hope that you don't make the

Frank and his team really go above and beyond. One particular night, we had an issue with our power going out in the evening. Despite the late hour, Frank insisted on coming to the house right away, diagnosed the issue, and had us back up and running quickly. We can't say enough good things about this business and will highly recommend them to anyone looking for knowledgeable, friendly, and well-priced electrical work.
