Christmas Day emergency for my Elderly Irish Immigrant Parents. They have 1 toilet and bath. Whole home blocked. My Father is on 24/7 oxygen. J. Mulvaney called personally and walked me through some initial steps. Understanding the impact on my Parents he arranged for one of his plumbers, David, to come on Christmas Day. David who stayed after it until the problem was resolved. David was extremely thorough. I cannot recommend J. Mulvaney enough. He certainly provided a Christmas Miracle. Thank you ????????!!

Some older guy showed up and exaggerated his experience ("I've been in the business 20 years" then later: "I've been in the business 30 years after all..."). Told me I didn't know what I was asking for (I used to do construction)... left and never gave us a quote. Probably wanted a bigger job or was hoping for a female household member to impress... wasted our time. Service: Shower repair
