I found Brown roofing when I saw their bus advertisement. It was the best decision I made when I gave them a call. From Jenny in the office to Mat the sales manager. Mat came to the home and was friendly, honest and knowledgeable. My issue was water coming in through my chimney. We made a plan to remove the flashing and have that replaced. Also took off the shingles on both slopes to inspect the plywood. Was going to go for copper flashing but was suggested by the project manager Bill to switch to lead . The lead would be more pliable around the stone. That saved me a few hundred dollars. The day of the repair Bill was their overlooking the project. He too was informative and showed me how their work is different from others. Simply put this is a great roofing company that know what they are talking about. We cannot say enough about the professionalism of this company. After an extremely thorough assessment of our roof, Mat showed us the areas in need of attention, discussed the superior products they use , the company history, warranty, etc. He listened, and most importantly “heard” every one of our concerns. He gained our trust immediately. We gave an immediate yes and the job was scheduled quickly. Fast forward to install. Bill is an amazing project manager and his crew is top notch. Roof was stripped, new plywood installed where needed, chimneys flashed and complete in one day. We have a small property with a lot of landscaping. Not one branch or flower was broken or disturbed. The yard was left spotless. We both sell quality in our lines of business and understand price is not value. It’s not often when your expectations are exceeded. We are so thrilled. Wow.. just wow..
