We cannot say enough about the professionalism of this company. After an extremely thorough assessment of our roof, Mat showed us the areas in need of attention, discussed the superior products they use , the company history, warranty, etc. He listened, and most importantly “heard” every one of our concerns. He gained our trust immediately. We gave an immediate yes and the job was scheduled quickly. Fast forward to install. Bill is an amazing project manager and his crew is top notch. Roof was stripped, new plywood installed where needed, chimneys flashed and complete in one day. We have a small property with a lot of landscaping. Not one branch or flower was broken or disturbed. The yard was left spotless. We both sell quality in our lines of business and understand price is not value. It’s not often when your expectations are exceeded. We are so thrilled. Wow.. just wow.. Thank you!

This is my second 5 star review for Brown’s Roofing. They replaced my roof in 2012 and I was so impressed with the service that I contracted them to replace my mom’s roof. Everyone that I dealt with including Abdul who provided the original assessment and quote, Carlos who was the direct on-site project manager, and Jennie the office coordinator were very helpful and incredibly friendly. Carlos sent me periodic updates (drone pictures) throughout the duration of the job. I was incredibly impressed with everyone’s promptness and professionalism. The crew did an amazing clean up following the work, perfect! Also, I know from past experience that there response time for any type of repair is exceptional! The crew arrived on time ready to work! They already had a huge portion stripped off the roof when I left for work ~ and I'm so very happy to say ~ when I got home they were almost finished. Not just stripping the old roof but they had all the new shingles on. Just had to finish the flashing on the chimney and clean up. As for the clean up ~ these guys made sure that not even 1 nail or debris was left on the ground or anywhere. My husband is a perfectionist ~ and he is extremely pleased! That says a lot! I highly recommend Brown Roofing! Very professional, excellent quality, friendly hard working crew [worked very safely], and answered all our questions!
