Binkley and Sons responded to our mid-winter emergency call and was able to get our dead boiler running in under one hour, a job another company walked away from only after spending three expensive days trying to figure out why it wasn't running. Jim and his team are amazing! We have had multiple issues with our heat & hot water this year and they have gone above and beyond the call of duty. They are very responsive, professional, honest and knowledgeable (we have a Navien system). I'm not one that generally writes reviews but it is Friday night at 7pm and Jim returned my call and offered to come out tonight! If I could give Binkley 10 stars, I would!
