If I could add more stars, I would. As soon as I called Mr. Rooter, they knew exactly what needed to be done. Our showers and toilets were backing up and we needed service immediately. They were quick to change schedules around so they can get to us quickly. I called at 11:00 am and Fernando arrived at 1:00 pm. He was very knowledgeable and professional and he got the job done. I am so pleased with their service. Don’t confuse Mr. Rooter with Roto Rooter, they are 2 different companies. Call Mr. Rooter if you want top service with reasonable prices. You won’t be disappointed.
Fernando did an excellent job of fixing a clog in my bathroom sink. He was polite and answered any questions I had about the job. Highly recommend!
