Terrible customer service, set up with sears home warranty, came out weeks ago and will not respond to either Sears or my own phone calls to come and finish the job, avoid at all costs.
My furnace motor died on Friday evening. Fortunately I got in touch with Anthony of Salem Heating through my home warranty service provider. I found him very responsive. He visited my house on Sunday, diagnosed the problem, put in the request for new parts and installed new motor on Monday. Cannot thank him enough for getting this done in timely manner.
It's ok to say you're too busy to take on a new client. It's not ok to return a potential new client's call, discuss the problem for 15 minutes, ask for pictures, and promise a quote and a service call, then text the next morning to say, "sorry, I'm too busy. Call someone else". They seem real nice and I'm sure business is good, but beware of any company that acts like this.
