I signed up at Costco for Glasco HVAC to come to my house and quote a 3 ton heat pump to replace my existing 34 year old central A/C. What a wonderful experience. From Tim the salesman, to the woman I spoke with at the office, to Bob the owner coming out to determine all the material his team would need to install the system efficiently in one day and to the care that John, Liam, David and Isiah took protecting my floors, performing a clean install and explaining how the new thermostat worked. This is a professionally run company with a great crew. I was home all day and heard John coaching his team as he had one apprentice on the job with him. The whole team worked together helping each other. It was a pleasure to watch. Thank you Glasco Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc for a very positive experience. 5 stars all the way.
