Made an appointment with "Chris"..he showed up on time for our 3 pm appointment, but proceeded to remain in his truck for about 10 minutes, in my driveway with the motor running. I went to the door a number of times, but he did not acknowledge me. He then drove off the premises. We thought he took some measurements and we would hear from him. It was odd, but we had no clue what was up. He returned about 10 minutes later and again remained in his truck with the motor running. I decided to go to his truck to speak with him. He opened the truck window and I heard him talking on his phone. I asked if he was coming in. He said he had a few things to take care of. By this time it was 3:30 pm.
