As an employee of LG for nearly 3 years, I can confirm that no other company strives to put the customer first and do whatever is necessary to produce a quality finished product. Upon my recommendation, several of my family members have contracted with LG for small repair jobs as well as major renovations, all of whom raved about the experience and were delighted with the end result. I want to thank Lyman and the LG Building team for all the hard work they put in on my remodeling project. After sustaining extensive flood damage to my kitchen and bathroom (located in Southbury, CT), I contracted LG Building in the Spring of 2019 to help me with the rebuilding process. From start to finish, they helped me navigate the difficult process (including working with my insurance company), and assisted me through changes to project scope as the planning continued. Though a home remodeling project is not an easy thing to go through (especially when insurance is involved!), they addressed all of my concerns and left me with an absolutely beautiful kitchen and 1st floor bathroom. This past year we had quite a bit of worked performed by LG Handyman. Everything from painting, new flooring, plumbing, electrical, to kitchen counter tops. We are very pleased with the work that was done. The workers especially Mike & Rich were professional and courteous could not ask for better people. The office staff were just as helpful in answering any questions and extremely prompt in assisting us. All the work performed was done per the quoted contract & on budget, no hidden surprise’s or last minute fees. Prices were fair & reasonable and the quality of work was exemplary. It was a pleasure working with Lyman who took the time to visit the site to speak with you and how the job is progressing & his Team.
