Mike was fantastic! He performed an annual maintenance to ensure our systems were working properly. While I was outside, Mike observed me struggling with some items that I was trying to put in the back of my pick up truck. Very sweet of him to offer his assistance. This is a very polite and professional company and their technicians are also. The tech.was courteous and knowledgeable, he did his work quickly and quietly, answering all the questions that I asked him. Appreciate pic sent of James before he appeared at my front door. Very helpful for ID purposes. He was personable, non intrusive and informative about his process and our future needs. He just installed an air purifier on our A/C unit. Very hopeful it will help with my asthma.
