I've used them for maintenance and repairs for the last 6+ years. Todd (the owner) has personally come over in the middle of the night when my furnace needed a fix in the middle of winter which I've always been very appreciative of. Because of that, I really tried everything in my power to not write this review. That being said, they came out a few weeks ago to do regular cleaning/maintenance on my system which cost $525. Two days later my system stopped working so I ended up calling a different company to see what was going on. Upon inspection, they immediately found that my furnace had 8-10 cracks in the heat exchange coils and said this is extremely dangerous (carbon monoxide poisoning). This is something that they could see immediately once they put their camera system into the furnace (which is apparently supposed to be done every time it's serviced). This other company was SHOCKED that Ray Flanagan Heating had not found this and said it was complete negligence. I've called Ray Fl
