Since my first call to ADJ, my experience as a customer has been superb. The team made an appointment to inspect my hot water system promptly and explained how they would go about replacing the 75-gallon unit, which is situated in the attic of my house, accessible only through a closet. This is not an easy job but the ADJ team planned it perfectly and took great care to protect my hardwood floors and white carpeting. They left my house cleaner than they found it after my new hot water system was meticulously tested. The work was done most professionally, including a detailed proposal at a reasonable price for the equipment and labor this job required. ADJ gets my highest recommendation!

Started using ADJ for maintenance of my A/C and heating unit. Technician Mitch was on time, courteous and answered the many questions I had. He made adjustment to make sure system worked more efficiently and I felt that he really cared about doing a good job. I am very pleased with the experience. Betty at the office, has also been a pleasure to work with.
