Associated appliance is a wonderful locally owned store. Prices are the same as large stores but service is personal and you won't be on hold listening to bad music or talking to a bot. They service what they sell even during the warranty period. These types of stores are rare and deserve our support. Make sure to check out this store for service and especially buying appliances. I guess a mistake by an employee should not make a 1 star rating. Not contacting me as soon as you realize your not going to honor your repair appointment is just a big waste of my time. That definitely deserves a 1 star rating. Set my refrigerator repair back a week and a half. Why did you wait till my call to confirm the appointment? Customer Service is simple in my opinion. Tell the truth as fast as you can. Thanks for your response DP. Your crew never contacted me on Sept. 2, 2022. You may believe that but I never received any contact until I call in to confirm the appointment at which time I was told you don’t service Samsung. Which I knew but thought you changed. I am changing my star rating as it seems to be important to you and I always try and support my local small businesses. Cheers!

Dave and Jesse were extremely helpful, kind, and professional, and let us know that although our dryer is 24 years old and when it started SCREAMING at us upon starting a load and we were considering just purchasing new, we should save it if we could, because "it's a good one" (we agree!). They scheduled a tech to come out on Saturday (call placed on Thursday), and the responding tech (Tim) was right in the time window they gave us the day prior, fixed the problem, cleaned up, brushed the vents, and even showed and explained to us the parts that had gotten worn out. 100% will be calling Associated Appliance the next time we need service. Thank you!
