Richard was so kind and responsive - arrived within an hour of my calling with a drain emergency. Triaged, counseled and assuaged my fears when my emergency turned out to be a much larger septic issue. FaceTimed with my septic maintenance team and was so so kind in calming the fears of a first time homeowner, totally overwhelmed with the enormity of a problematic old house.
