100% would use again. Rommel at JNR was great. My water heater broke and started leaking, and Rommel was very transparent about what was wrong and the cost to correct the issue. In under 24 hours I had a new water heater installed, at a fair price. An additional shoutout: JNR is pretty much all digital, with the exception of the initial phone conversation I had with them. Quotes are emailed (so you have documentation), they send you a picture of who your repairperson will be as well as their qualifications, you get a tracking notification to tell you exactly when they'll be arriving, and everything is paid online. We used them 2 years ago for a new toilet install for a bathroom renovation. We recently noticed our ceiling in our basement was leaking. The new toilet that was installed has clearly been a slow leak since install. There is now black mold all throughout the ceiling and you can see the water ring around where the toilet pipe is. We called to have them come fix it and they said it is out of warranty and that we’d need to be charged after hours / emergency pricing for them to come out. The original install was way over priced and now we are going to have to deal with replacing a ceiling and removing mold. Service: Toilet installation

Great experience with JNR Plumbing today. I hired them for a cleaning of my tankless water heater. They were very knowledgeable and informative and walked me through all of the service that needed to be done and why. Their system is excellent, sending notifications of when the technician is on their way and the ability to track him. The tech was very nice & knowledgeable. He called the manufacturer to ensure that my warranty was in effect for the correct time period. Highly recommend!
