One Stop 360

Herson and his team did a wonderful job in my house project. I had a tight schedule but they accommodated my needs as their priority. Quality of work was reliable, and price was competitive I recommend his team to anyone reading my review.

Unbelievable. Unfortunately, I didn't have a choice when it came to using this company for a roof leak. My warranty company hired them to inspect and repair the roof. I submitted a request to my warranty company and received a text message from Herson requesting times to inspect the roof. We scheduled to have a tech out on a Saturday, but no one showed up at the scheduled time. I contacted Herson, and was told they were held up on another job, and that someone will be out the next day. Sunday came with no communication again, not an update or a call or even text to let me know that no one will be out to inspect the roof. I understand being busy, but there is no excuse for leaving a customer in the dark on the status of repairs. After having my appointment pushed back and still not receiving a time of when to expect a tech to come for an inspection, I opted to cancel the service and see if I could get someone else out. This company was exceptionally responsive - they (in the the person of "Herson") even carried concern to do a superior job into the preparation phase by texting me picture samples to ensure a color match. The installation team continued this high quality. I am totally satisfied with this work.
