I'm not sure about the several 1 star reviews for this company, but I've yet to have any bad experience or subpar issues with Putnam Plumbing. I've read some of the reviews, and a couple folks said they are rude, etc. I'm not sure I've ever met a plumber who wasn't a little rough around the edges or slightly gruff, and I say that out of kindness and with a smile on my face. The woman who works there in accounts receivable / reception / administration is really kind as well. We use them for our commercial space in Harbor Point, and I hope our services with them continue to be 5 star. Thanks Putnam! Service: Faucet repair
