The guys that replaced the boiler and installed A/C and a heat pump were great. Fred, Pat, and Chuck went above and beyond during the four days that they came and worked on the install. I had confidence in their work, and they were knowledgeable and professional. Donnie and Jeff also helped out to make sure that everything was up to par. From start to finish, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure that the installation was completed to the highest standard. I want to give a special thanks to Donny and Cida at the front office for their help with all the heat loan paperwork. They made the process so easy and stress-free. The installers, Vincent, Chris, Pat, Fred and Chuck, were also exceptional. They worked tirelessly to install a complex heat pump with an auxiliary furnace and water heater. I was particularly impressed with their work on the exhaust venting through the crawl space. It was a difficult task, but they tackled it with expertise and precision.
