We have a pump up toilet that stopped working. A friend recommended New England Plumbing & Heating and we are so glad we called. They were professional in every way. When I called I was given a clear set of expectations, they sent me text messages to remind me of the visit and the time the repair man would come, I even got a call letting me know he would be a bit late due to an unexpected emergency. The technician was polite wore shoe coverings so as not to track in dirt, it wasn’t necessary since we have two dogs but it was appreciated. He quickly identified the problem and made the fix. Additionally, he saw that one of the connections was in the process of failing and after discussing it with my husband quickly made the repair to that as well so we didn’t end up with a bigger problem down the road.
