The materials were delivered the first day, and they worked quickly and efficiently, cleaning up behind them as work progressed. We called for an estimate for a new roof and gutters. Dave did a great job laying out all our options, listening and answering our questions, and clearly explaining what they would install for various price points. No sales pressure. After we decided to go with him, he came back to see if there were any questions and to show us shingle samples and patiently allowed us to decide what we wanted. He kept us informed of all timelines. On the day of install, Fabiano and his crew efficiently did an excellent job installing a new roof. They did it all in one day and cleaned up so well you can’t tell any work was done except for the beautiful new roof. Fabiano was great with communication throughout the day, letting me know if they found any problems and having me look at their progress through the day. I had a 23-year-old roof on a home that I purchased 14 years ago. At one point this past October I noted water damage in the ceiling of an upstairs bedroom. A trip to the attic revealed leaks at the pipe vents and through several boards at the back of the house. Over the next month I went ahead and got three quotes, all of them very reputable roofing companies in my area of the state and whom friends of mine had employed and recommended. Welch Roofing's quote was very comprehensive and included an evaluation of the chimney, which was in need of substantial repair. Winter and the cold weather was upon us, putting the project on hold.
