I am so happy I chose Welch Roofing, after getting 3 estimates for my roof. Dave thoroughly explained the materials and the process, and to me what made the difference is that I felt respected as a single female homeowner. He did not “talk down to me” or try to hard sell me on options I did not need. He supervised the work closely, and the workers did an excellent job, including cleaning up the yard afterward. I was concerned about having good ventilation in the attic, and now I have ventilation from several directions, something other companies don’t all offer. This is the second time I contracted with Welch Roofing. The first time was 30 years ago. Bernie Welch provided me with a concise detailed estimate plus an understanding of what is necessary to construct a solid long lasting weather resistant roof. The job performed was professional and the attention to detail was outstanding. The new roof looked great and from day one on never had a problem.
