Incredible Oil Heating & AC

Owner Gary is very rude after using them for years. Discovered that the flu pipe was rotten recently when a plumber here. Carbon monoxide was coming in. The air filter left out on floor. Incredible had cleaned furnace in Jan 2018 . He said in Dec 2015 we told you you would need it but never mentioned at 2017 cleaning. He said we had told you in 2015. My husband was dying then and I said I was told furnace was fine in Jan 2017 and Jan 2018. Oh and said we do not do air filters. Even had them here in Dec 2018 tech never mentioned rotten flu pipe. Do not recommend them at all any longer. Terrible customer service.

The person taking the calls for oil was So nice and Very polite! They delivered right on time- very much appreciated. The driver was very friendly as well. I would Highly recommend Incredible Oil. 5 stars in my book!

This company is always .20-.40+ cents/gal HIGHER than first fuel, or purple fuel. They are greedy! I've asked them multiple times not to back their heavy oil delivery truck into my driveway and they still do! They've lost me as a fuel client, and for service/maintenance I've opened accounts else where and Chandler out of Northford,CT is also much less at labor rates for service.. BuuByeeee Incredible!
