Had an issue this morning with a clogged line and toilet backing up. I called Dan and he immediately returned my call, let me know that he had a cancellation and he would be here shortly. He showed up within 30 minutes or so and checked out the situation and immediately went to work. He explained everything that he was doing, everything that he found and what we should expect when he’s done. He was extremely professional, had a great time chatting with him while he was working.
