Chris, and the electrician Phil, did a great job installing the new minisplit. Both are real pros! Whatever I talked over with Chris, he listened thoughtfully and responded with the best information and evaluation of how to proceed. He truly considers the customer's concerns and wishes--and that is so appreciated. Inspires confidence and puts me at ease. Leaves the site clean. And...thanks also to Rob for the proposal and always attentive service. I'm a loyal Gault customer for all these reasons. Great staff.
Gault is amazing! I had an issue with my gas line to my grill that was dangerous. They came quickly and resolved both professionally, promptly and with a smile. Thanks!
