Will not recommend the actions taking place were right inline with negative reviews I saw here after the fact I was told yeah we will get to you it was for roof repair never got a call back finally got an answer and was told to call in week I did they wanted to tarp the roof Now idk if the guy remembered telling me they can charge up to 2000 dollars for tarp to insurance so I declined and we were going on 3-4weeks after looking at the job I was told estimate will be sent and you have to get approved by insurance this also seemed odd after i was completely ghosted probably for the best this company is a scam Service: Roof repair for storm & wind damage

I rarely write reviews, but feel the need to do so for Jonathan and the 4 Elements business. Never before have I worked with a contractor so responsive and professional. Communication was unparalleled by any other experience I have ever had. If I emailed or texted a question, I received a response within an hour...often much sooner. 4 Elements repaired our siding, installed a roof, and painted in our home. All work was high quality and done in a timely manner. I highly recommend 4 Elements and look forward to working with them again. Do not use this company. They will send a contract and then take deposit and then bait and switch with new added costs. They took the deposit and then have refused to do the contractual agreement. Beware of this company and do not use them you will regret it.
