We worked with Bartlett Contracting and CT Kitchen Cabinets to remodel our master bathroom and laundry room. The complete demolition was done in one day. Jason and his workers were professional and easy to work with and had a good working relationship with each other. Each task (design, materials, plumbing, carpentry, tile work, electrical, painting, etc) was well coordinated and completed efficiently. Any minor issues identified were resolved quickly and efficiently. With such a project there is a level of disruption and dust that spreads in other areas of the house, but all of the workers were very respectful of minimizing their presence and dust to the best of their ability. At the end of every day they cleaned up after themselves and left everything in order. They completed the project on schedule and we are very pleased with the end result. We would definitely recommend Bartlett Contracting and were very appreciative of the help with designing we received from Laura at CT Kitche

"Beware" Subcontractors and Customers, Bartlett Contracting LLC has NOT kept to their part of the contractual agreement! They allowed me to complete a job to their specifications and refused payment. During a recent attempt to collect payment this text was sent from me, "Hi Jason, I'm still waiting for the check from the last job, Thanks". Jason replied, "keep waiting waiting". Its unfortunate after many years of doing business with Jason I will no longer be able to provide my exceptional services to his customers for fear of "NONPAYMENT"
