We highly recommend Bartlett Contracting for your construction projects. After interviewing several contractors, I selected Jason Bartlett and his team to rebuild my house on Hitchcock Lake. He managed the demolition of the old house at the site and built a completely new home from the ground up on a tight construction site. He used high quality materials and his team, led by Mike, did excellent work and they were very professional. The specific subcontractors that he used, including excavation and foundation subcontractors, masons, flooring and tiling subcontractors, plumbers, electricians, and HVAC subcontractors did professional work on a timely basis, all orchestrated by Bartlett. Bartlett’s kitchen design company, CT Kitchen Cabinets, designed and supplied a wonderful kitchen for our new house. "Beware" Subcontractors and Customers, Bartlett Contracting LLC has NOT kept to their part of the contractual agreement! They allowed me to complete a job to their specifications and refused payment. During a recent attempt to collect payment this text was sent from me, "Hi Jason, I'm still waiting for the check from the last job, Thanks". Jason replied, "keep waiting waiting". Its unfortunate after many years of doing business with Jason I will no longer be able to provide my exceptional services to his customers for fear of "NONPAYMENT"

Bartlett Contracting was very easy to work with on our kitchen remodel, and completed the job in the time frame they promised, even after a mistake on the cabinet manufacturer's end. All sub-contactors that were hired were very friendly and accommodating. At the end of the job, there weren't any add-on costs that popped up. What they quoted us is what we paid. I would recommend them, and we will use them again for bathroom updates.
