Hourly Husbands Handyman Service

I cannot recommend them enough! I needed a few disparate things done around my condo- installing a ceiling fan, installing a toilet bidet, fixing a broken door handle, putting up a wall mount- and I was excited to find a service that could take care of it all. Booking was easy via email, and I appreciated their flexibility in working with my tight schedule, and in making sure they understood what I needed so they could book the right person for the job. José was amazing- he arrived right on time with all the equipment he could possibly need, was extremely polite, and got everything done exactly as I wanted in a couple hours. He definitely knew exactly what he was doing! He also made sure to clean up afterwards, which was a nice bonus! Price was transparent and fair. I will definitely be using Hourly Husbands for future tasks!

I hired Hourly Husbands to install a ceiling fan, which then involved cutting a hole in the ceiling and replacing drywall. Within days the drywall began cracking. The morning someone was supposed to come repair the problem, they sent an automated notice with a brand new appointment time (more than 2 hours later). I called repeatedly to try and get someone to come at the original time but they did not respond to a single call or message (the receptionists claimed they could not do anything but someone would get back ASAP). Nobody ever contacted me and then handyman showed up unannounced at a 3rd, totally different time. He looked at the cracked ceiling, said it was fine, and left. Hourly Husbands has still not responded to my messages more than 24 hours after the handyman left. Services: Fan installation, Drywall installation, Drywall repair

Expensive and sloppy. Hired for several jobs over two days and things were left visibly uneven (cabinets and wallpaper, kind of important to get right!) or were not finished. Install of a closet system was done fine. Had a very unprofessional interaction when they showed up on a third morning, unscheduled, after we said we were not available that day. Will not be welcome back to finish or correct the work. Services: General construction, Paint indoors, General repairs
