I recently contracted Hugee Corporation to replace an aging Carrier unit with a High Efficiency (16 Seer) Goodman condenser, coil and humidifier. The HVAC technicians were professional and very knowledgeable. The entire installation was successfully completed in less than three hours. All of the old equipment was hauled away and the technicians used lots of company provided floor coverings for extra protection making cleanup quick and easy. Worst customer service and transparency. It is impossible to get someone to even get back to me in a timely manner with a quote. It was simple enough to get a diagnostics visit set up (though they scheduled it for the wrong day by mistake). Then charged more than double what I was quoted for the diagnostics visit. Really unprofessional. Severe lack of transparency when it comes to quoting/billing. Do no recommend anyone uses this service until they drastically improve the way they do business.
