Had an issue with water backing up into my home while doing laundry. I called Tito to ask if he thought I may either have a main drain issue or drain field issue (I'm on septic) not only did he answer my call on a Saturday he even took the time to give me valuable advice and suggestions on what to do to either fix or help slow down my drainage issue. I value the fact that he not only answered but assisted me over the phone when most companies wouldn't have answered on a Saturday let alone possibly calling me back. He even referred me to someone he trusts if I need to replace my drain field. I highly recommend titos and when ever I have a plumbing issue he will be my #1 first choice for sure.

I have requested service from these folks a couple of times and they have been great. The last time they were able to come out on a weekend after hours when I had a last minute leak hours before I had to leave for a cruise, lifesaving moment right there! They are a family ran business and charge rational pricing (not cheap but also not expensive). I will definitely calling them in the future!

Employee attempted to sell backflow valve when valve could be rebuilt. Titos estimate was between $700-$800. Valve was rebuilt and tested by another company for $115. Titos tried to rip me off. Beware of Titos Now you have come to lie some more. I am Mr Lane not Lopez, you are just replying to cover up the fact you tried to rip off my family. You supposedly tested my valve, because you gave me a rip off estimate to replace me good repairable valve that I still have. Too bad i cant post pictures of your estimate here for everyone to see you are a rip off artist. I have also contacted the city and will be meeting someone at city hall in hopes to get you banned from Casselberry. You are terrible people. Do NOT use TITOS for anything. Nick
