Thank you Cullen for coming out today and servicing our pool heater. He was friendly, educational, and took his time to show me all the parts of the pool heater. I was also so impressed by the office staff, calling me the day prior to let me know he was on his way and the day of giving me a heads up call about 20 min before his arrival. We plan to use you guys for our preventative maintenance.

Our pool was finished May 12th 2021 by a company that has no interest in customer satisfaction or support. Our heater stopped working 13 months later and we spent the next 8 months unable to use our pool/spa, despite weekly attempts to get the pool company to repair our heater. I finally realized that the heater had a label giving the number to Universal Heating & Air and I call and spoke with Brandy at 4:00 PM, who quickly understood our desperation and told me she told me she would call me the next morning, but instead called a technician who was in the area with the right part, and an hour later our pool heater was getting repaired. My wife was so happy that she literally cried. I have never had a business care as much and respond as fast as Universal Heating & Air. Brandy...you and that great technician (I'm sorry I don't know his name) saved our Holiday and our sanity. Your company should be incredibly proud of your professionalism and sincerity in supporting your customers.

I contacted Universal Heating & Air because they were recommended by Pinch A Penny Pool Services. I am very grateful for their recommendation! I called To make an appointment to have my pool heater checked and at some point I made contact with their Tech Mike. Well, I was so impressed with his patience, professionalism and knowledge about the different systems and how they work, that upon scheduling my appointment I requested to have Only Mike as my tech and shared that I was willing to await his availability. Mike arrived today and he was every bit of the professional/knowledgeable person that I hoped to meet. I highly recommend this company!
