Great business. The ladies in the office are very helpful.
If you need anything from installing a complete hvac or a split pack system as well as normal or emergency support this is the place to go. For 6 years I have placed my families comfort in their capable hands. They are honest and responsive. Courteous and thorough. Friendly and caring. They will never ever let you down. If you need home hvac support give keep it cool a shot. I believe this is the 3rd time I’ve used Keep it Cool . I always get a real person On the phone. Always same day and always on time. No, correction - Usually early ! Today William had the primary problem - a capacitor - replaced in literally five minutes. He also identified another future maintenance issue with a contact switch so he replaced that too.
