I have live in Orlando since 2010. This is the only company I trust to make sure my heating and air conditioning are running perfectly. Highly recommend the maintenance plan; twice a year they come out to check the system and make sure everything is functioning correctly. They are on time, and very courteous! I called Certified AC Services to come out to install a new thermostat on a system they had put in my home. I was trying to do it myself but at the very end I hit a roadblock and couldn’t figure out what to do. When I explained to Addison everything that I had done, he said that he would walk me through the final steps and save me the cost of him coming out. I ended up trading out the thermostat a second time, and he walked me through the process all over again. I called a couple times and he was thorough and patient and supportive. In the end I got it installed and running “on my own” with him telling me exactly what to do. I appreciate that he was looking out for my best interest and was diligent in helping me.
