Absolutely blown away by the service from emergency repair tech Billy. We have an AC unit from Certified AC Services through a house we purchased about a year ago. The system was warrantied through the previous owner and passed on to us. When our unit stopped working this afternoon I was worried about a huge repair cost. Billy talked me through multiple troubleshooting steps without having to book an on-site appointment. It was a sweaty fix in the attic but he helped me get my AC back and running in a personable, highly knowledgeable and professional manner without a dime out of my pocket. Absolutely stellar service. Have taken care of our system for over 25 years...always fantastic service... Our air just stopped last night.. They were here by 8:15 this morning ... We are back up and running... Huge thanks since it is going to be close to 100 today...
I have live in Orlando since 2010. This is the only company I trust to make sure my heating and air conditioning are running perfectly. Highly recommend the maintenance plan; twice a year they come out to check the system and make sure everything is functioning correctly. They are on time, and very courteous!
