We would give 10stars if we could. Life saver! I had called two other companies who were apparently open 24 hours and they didn’t answer the phone. When i called this company around 9pm, he immediately answered, asked where i lived and said he would be over in a little bit and he did. Looked at our AC, diagnosed the problem right away and fixed it the same night. He went above and beyond with his service, was very friendly and knowledgeable. K & E was recommended to me through Facebook. Our air conditioner was not working and the temperature outside was a stifling 97 degrees. I called Alex and he said he would be there the same day even if late in the evening. Alex got there at 9pm and found the problem within minutes.
