K & E was recommended to me through Facebook. Our air conditioner was not working and the temperature outside was a stifling 97 degrees. I called Alex and he said he would be there the same day even if late in the evening. Alex got there at 9pm and found the problem within minutes. Couldn’t be happier with the service we received from Alex. We came home after two weeks away to a dead AC. Our house was 96 degrees! It was 4th of July weekend and we’re in the midst of a brutal heat wave. I found Alex highly recommended in my local Facebook group as well as Next Door. It was Saturday night and I saw on his website that he was opened on Sunday so I called first thing Sunday morning. He answered immediately. We were frantic and he went above and beyond by offering to come out that same evening. He did some troubleshooting and it was clear that our 12 year old compressor was dead. He gave us a great price on a new unit and we scheduled the install for yesterday. I was amazed by how quickly he and his team member completed the work.
