I asked Michael to stop by and check out our hot water heater to see why the hot water had a sulfur odor and to remove the annode rod. He was able to identify some issues immediately and before I blinked he even noticed my garbage disposal was broken and fixed it in about five minutes at no charge! Great service and fast response upon my call. They came to check my drains and sewer lines for a possible blockage and went above and beyond locating and checking my main sewer drain line, from the exit under the house to the outside leading into the septic tank, and got me on track to resolve the problem.
